2 filets 12 ounces each

4 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of PICK N PIG DRY RUB AND SEASOING

½ cup of olive oil

Chop garlic into large pieces. Using same knife poke several holes in each side of the filet. Stuff the holes with the pieces of chopped garlic, about one clove per side.

In small bowl mix olive oil and PICK N PIG DRY RUB AND SEASONING. Brush both sides of the filets with this mixture.

Grill filets to desired temperature. Each time the meat is flipped baste with the olive oil and PICK N PIG DRY RUB AND SEASOING.
